Small group training is a great complement to Boot Camp. We offer small group training during the weeks between camps. The small group training sessions differ in that one instructor works with a maximum of 5-6 clients. The small group training sessions also take place in a well equipped fitness center. Because of these differences, you can expect a higher level of attention from your instructor. You’ll improve your technique, improve muscle imbalances, and increase your strength. All of that will improve your boot camp experience when you return to the next session of boot camp. This is a must for everyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.
